Die Tray Family ist eine Serie von kleinen Beistelltischen. Die Tische können neben dem Sofa, neben dem Bett oder auf einer Tafel als Anrichte für Obst und Nüsse positioniert werden. Der Entwurf basiert auf dem Ansatz mit Hilfe eines industriellen Herstellungsverfahrens, der 3-Achs CNC Frästechnologie, komplexere Geometrien und Konturen in Massivholz zu realisieren. Die weichen Radien und Mulden betonen die Maserung der Tischfläche, machen den Reiz des Entwurfes aus.

The Tray Family is a series of side tables. These tables can find their place next to the sofa, the bed or even on top of a dining table carrying fruits and nuts. The design is based on the industrial technology of three axis CNC milling, which provides the possibility to realise complex geometries in solid wood with most different contours and geometries.The table‘s soft radii and cavities underline the wood grain, they are the core of the design.
